วันที่ 9 เมษายน 2568 นางสาวพรรณี จิตมานะ หัวหน้าสถานีกาชาดที่ 14 พังงา เฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ และคณะเจ้าหน้าที่ จัดอบรมการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน "พ้นภัย" เรื่อง การปักหมุดกลุ่มเปราะบาง สำหรับ แกนนำอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 2 รุ่น ซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจากทันตแพทย์หญิงสุกีรติ กปิลกาญจน์ นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดสตูล เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม โดยมีกิจกรรมแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ การอัพเดตระบบ ทดสอบการใช้งานด้วยโหมดสาธิต (Demo Mode) และมอบรางวัลแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่สามารถปักหมุดผู้เปราะบางได้ถูกต้อง ข้อมูลครบถ้วนตามสถานการณ์สมมุติที่กำหนดให้ มีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งสิ้น 133 คน ณ ห้องประชุมพญากาหลง สำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้จังหวัดสตูล

On April 9, 2025, Ms.Pannee Jitmana, Head of Thai Red Cross Health Station No.14 Phang Nga Honor Celebration and staff organized a training session on the use of PhonPhai application topic of pinning vulnerable groups for village health volunteer leaders and staff of sub-district health promotion hospitals, 2 classes. Sukirat Kapilkan, D.D.S., President of Satun Provincial Red Cross Chapter, as the chairman of the opening ceremony. There were activities to introduce the system usage, system updates, Demo Mode and award prizes to participants who were able to correctly pin the vulnerable, there were 133 participants in the event at meeting room Phaya Kalong, Satun Provincial Learning Promotion Office.
