วันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2567 นายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุมสรุปบทเรียนการใช้งานระบบแอปพลิเคชัน “พ้นภัย” ในการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนปัจจัยความสำเร็จ ประสบการณ์ ปัญหา อุปสรรค ความท้าทายในการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน พ้นภัย และร่วมกันหาแนวทางในการขยายผลการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน พ้นภัย ให้ครอบคลุม โดยมีรองนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และคณะ พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากสำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดอุบลราชานี สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพส่วนตำบล ประธานอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน บุคลากรจากสภากาชาดไทย เข้าร่วมประชุม ในการนี้นายชัชวาลย์ เบญจสิริวงศ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ร่วมให้ข้อคิดเห็นในการประชุม ณ โรงแรมสุนีย์ แกรนด์ แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น เซ็นเตอร์ อำเภอเมืองฯ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

On July 3, 2024, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society presided over the opening ceremony of the meeting summarizing lessons learned in using the "Phonphai" application to help victims to exchange success factors, experiences, problems, obstacles, challenges in using the Phonphai application and jointly find ways to expand the use of the application to cover. Vice President of Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Red Cross Chapter and team together with representatives from the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Public Health Office, Director of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Chairman of Village Health Volunteer and personnel from Thai Red Cross Society attend the meeting. On this occasion, Mr. Chatchawan Benjasiriwong, Deputy Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province Participate in giving opinions in the meeting at Sunee Grand Hotel Convention Center, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.
