วันที่ 18 เมษายน 2561 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานเปิดการสัมมนาฝ่ายพัสดุทางการแพทย์และทั่วไป "การน้อมนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสู่การปฏิบัติเป็นวิถีชีวิต เพื่อการพัฒนาตนเองที่ยั่งยืน" ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 6 อาคารสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ

Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the RCHB presided over the seminar of the Medical and General Supplies Department in subject " The Philosophy of Sufficient economy to practice as a way of life for sustainable self-development".
