วันที่ 23 เมษายน 2562 นางสุนิษฐิดา เพชรด้วง ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิด โครงการปฐมนิเทศคณะกรรมการและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในกิ่งกาชาดอำเภอที่จัดตั้งใหม่ รุ่นที่ 5 โดยในการนี้ นายแผน วรรณเมธี เลขาธิการสภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ ห้องประชุมจุมภฏ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติบรมราชินีนาถ ชั้น 9 ศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ
On 23rd April, 2019, at meeting room, 9th Floor, National Blood Centre the Thai Red Cross Society, Mrs. Sunittida Phetduang, Assistant Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, joined the opening ceremony "The Orientation Committee and staff of New Red Cross District Branch Project". In this occasion, Mr. Phan Wannamethee, Secretary General of the Thai Red Cross Society, presided at this ceremony.
