วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2562 แพทย์หญิงกานดา ลิมิตเลาหพันธุ์ หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริการทางการแพทย์ สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย พร้อมพยาบาล และอาสาสมัคร ร่วมปฏิบัติงานโครงการเครื่องช่วยฟังสภากาชาดไทยเพื่อผู้ด้อยโอกาส มีนายแพทย์สมเริง สีแก้ว รองผู้อำนวยการด้านการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลเชียงรายประชานุเคราะห์ เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ พร้อมกันนี้หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริการทางการแพทย์ พร้อมพยาบาลและอาสาสมัคร ได้ร่วมติดตามปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนะนำการใช้เครื่องช่วยฟัง รวมทั้งมอบพิมพ์หูให้แก่ผู้บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน นอกจากนี้คณะกรรมการเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดเชียงราย ได้มอบสายสำหรับคล้องเครื่องช่วยฟังจำนวน 8 เส้นให้แก่เด็กที่ได้รับเครื่องช่วยฟัง ณ โรงพยาบาลเชียงรายประชานุเคราะห์
On May 30, 2019, at Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital, Kanda Limitlaohaphan, M.D., Head of Medical Services Division of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) with her team and volunteers, worked together "The Thai Red Cross Hearing Aids Project for the Underprivileged". In the occasion, Somreing Sikeaw, M.D., Deputy Director of Medical Affair of the Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital, presided at the project, In the occasion, Head of Medical Services Division of the RCHB with her team and volunteers to follow up the problem, barriers and introduce the used of hearing aids. They were provided the ear mold for the hearing impaired the use of hearing aids. In the addition the Committee of Chaing Rai Provincial Red Cross Chapter gave 8 strap for hearing aids to children.
