วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2562 นายแผน วรรณเมธี เลขาธิการสภากาชาดไทย นำคณะผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมพิธีลงนามถวายพระพรชัยมงคลเนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสุทิดา พัชรสุธาพิมลลักษณ พระบรมราชินี เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ 3 มิถุนายน 2562 ณ ห้องรับรองชั้นล่าง อาคารเทิดพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระญาณสังวรฯ สภากาชาดไทย
On May 31, 2019 Mr. Phan Wannamethee, Secretary General of the Thai Red Cross Society, brought the executives and staff of the Thai Red Cross Society to sign the book of blessings for Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajarasudha Bimollaksana ,on the occasion of the birthday anniversary on June 3, 2019 at the reception room of Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara building in the Thai Red Cross Society.
