วันที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2562 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม สัมมนาและศึกษาดูงานด้านการพัฒนาความคิดเชิงรุกด้วยทัศนคติบวก โดยมีคณะผู้บริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์สง่า อร่ามวิทย์ เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยาย ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 6 สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ
On 21st June, 2019, Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), presided over activities, seminars and study visits for developing proactive thinking with positive attitudes, by board of directors and staff of the RCHB participated in such activities, In this occasion, Mr. Sanga Aramvit, as a speaker, at meeting room 6th floor, the Relief and Community Health Bureau building.
