วันที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2562 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย และคณะ พร้อมด้วย สถานีกาชาดที่ 8 จ.เพชรบุรี เข้าพบ นางสาวสุกานดา วรเชษฐบัญชา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม รองนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม คณะกรรมการเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัด ปลัดจังหวัด สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารภัย สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัด สื่อมวลชน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแนะนำภารกิจของสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ และความร่วมมือระหว่าง เหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดในด้านต่างๆ ในโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์เชิงรุก 2562 ณ ห้องประชุม ศาลากลางจังหวัดสมุทราสงคราม
On 27th June, 2019, at Samut Songkhram Provincial Hall, Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) and his team, together with the Thai Red Cross Health Station No.8, Phetchaburi Province met to Mrs. Sukanda Worrachatbuncha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, Deputy Governo of Samut Songkhram Province, Vice President of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Red Cross Chapter, Provincial Red Cross Chapter Committee, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, The Government Public Relations Department, Mass Media and relevant agencies. To introduce the mission of the RCHB, cooperation between Provincial Red Cross Chapter and RCHB, under the Proactive Public Relations 2019 project.
