On 28th June, 2019, Assoc. Prof. Warunyupha Roykulcharoen, Ph.D., The Rector of Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing, met to Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, to discuss the cooperation about Community-Based Disaster Rick Reduction, with a suggestion, at the Thai Red Cross Disaster Operations Center.
