วันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2562 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ ให้การต้อนรับคณะอาจารย์ และนักศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 23 คน จากมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ ในโอกาสเข้าฟังบรรยายสรุปภารกิจด้านการบรรเทาทุกข์ผู้ประสบภัย และการแพทย์สาธารณภัย บรรยายโดย พ.ญ.กานดา ลิมิตเลาหพันธุ์ หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริการทางการแพทย์ พร้อมเยี่ยมชมห้องวิทยุสื่อสาร และคลังสัมภาระผู้ประสบภัย ณ ห้องประชุมศูนย์ปฏิบัติการภัยพิบัติฯ
On 5 July, 2019, at the Thai Red Cross Disaster Operations Center, Lt.Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, welcomed the faculty and 3rd year students of Faculty of Nursing Science, Assumption University of Thailand, total 23 people, on the occasion of listening to the briefing of the relief mission and disaster medical, by Kanda Limitlaohapan, M.D., Head of the Medical Services Division, as a speaker. In addition, visited Radio Communication Unit and Relief Items Warehouse.
