วันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2562 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรม "ปันน้ำใจ ในสายฝน" จัดขึ้นเพื่อมอบเสื้อกันฝนให้นักเรียนสำหรับใส่ไปโรงเรียนในช่วงฤดูฝน เป็นการป้องกันการเจ็บป่วย ป้องกันเครื่องแต่งกาย อุปกรณ์การเรียนไม่ให้เปียกฝน และลดการขาดเรียนของเด็กนักเรียนในช่วงฤดูฝน โดยมอบให้นักเรียนโรงเรียนอรุณเมธา และโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 จังหวัดตากในการนี้ นายอภิชาติ เหมือนมนัส นายอำเภอพบพระ นางวรรณฤดี กิจเจริญรุ่งโรจน์ รองนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดตาก คณะกรรมการเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัด นายปรีดี ขวัญงาม กรรมการจัดหาและบริการดวงตาสภากาชาดไทย นางสุนิษฐิดา เพชรด้วง ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ นางทองพูน เสนา หัวหน้าพยาบาลสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ หัวหน้าสถานีกาชาดเทพรัตน์ (สถานีกาชาดที่ 13 จังหวัดตาก) พร้อมคณะ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกันมอบเสื้อกันฝน จำนวน 1,627 ตัว และเครื่องทำน้ำเย็น จำนวน 4 เครื่อง ณ โรงเรียนอรุณเมธา ตำบลช่องแคบ และโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 ตำบลคีรีราษฎร์ อำเภอพบพระ พร้อมกันนี้ ยังได้ถวายชุดธารน้ำใจฯ ให้แก่พระสงฆ์ ณ วัดดอนเจดีย์ จังหวัดตาก
On 4th July, 2019, at Aroonmetha School, Chong Khaep sub-district and Pamaiutis 4 School, Khiriras sub-district, Phop Phra district, Tak province, Lt.Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) presided over the activity of "Pun Nam Jai Nai Sai Fon" (Donation of Raincoats to Children). The RCHB of the Thai Red Cross Society recognizes the importance of disadvantaged children, so this project was aimed to provide raincoats to needy school children during the rainy season in order to protect them from illness. In this occasion, Mr. Aphichat Muanmanat, Chief of Phob Phra District, Mrs. Wanrudee Kitcharoenrungrod, Vice President of Tak Provincial Red Cross Chapter, Provincial Red Cross Chapter Committee, Mrs. Sunisthida Phetduang, Assistant Director of the RCHB, Mr. Predee Kwanngam, Committee for Eye Procurement and Donation, Thai Red Cross Society, Mrs. Thongpoon Sena, Head Nurse of the RCHB, Head of TRC Health Station No.13, Tak Province and relevant agencies worked together, 1,627 raincoats and 4 water coolers. As well as, presented TRC relief kits offering to the Buddhist monks, at Wat Don Chedi of Tak province.
