วันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2562 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรทุกข์ฯ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ หน่วยเคลื่อนที่เร็ว โดยหลักสูตร National Disaster Response Team (NDRT) รุ่นที่ 5 โดยมี นางสุภาพร เทียนไชย นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดชลบุรี คุณเอกราช รักวนัส หัวหน้ากาชาดสัมพันธ์ คณะกรรมการกาชาดระหว่างประเทศ (ICRC) และผู้แทนจากสหพันธ์สภากาชาดและสภาเสี้ยววงเดือนแดงระหว่างประเทศ(IFRC) กล่าวพิเศษ การจัดอบรมดังกล่าวได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจาก IFRC เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพแก่ผู้จัดการด้านภัยพิบัติ โดยเสริมสร้างทักษะและศักยภาพด้านการจัดการในภาวะฉุกเฉินตั้งแต่ระดับจังหวัดเพื่อความมั่นใจในการตอบสนองภัยพิบัติต่างๆในเบื้องต้น โดยทีมวิทยากรจากสภากาชาดไทย IFRC ICRC และสำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย โดยกิจกรรมดัวกล่าว จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 5 - 9 สิงหาคม 2562 ณ โรงแรมรัตนชล จังหวัดชลบุรี
On 5th August, 2019, at Rattanachol Hotel, Chonburi province, Lt.Gen.Amnat Barlee, MD, Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau presided over the fifth National Disaster Response Team training workshop. This Rapid Action Team training, funded by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC), aims to enhance the skills and strengthen capacities of the emergency response team from the provincial level to ensure that the emergency respond reaches the most vulnerable populations effectively and in time. In this occasion, Mrs. Supaporn Teanchai, President of Chonburi Provincial Red Cross Chapter, Mr. Aekarad Rakwanat, Head of Cooperation Department, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and delegate from IFRC Bangkok also participated the opening ceremony of the event. The training sessions are facilitated by the Thai Red Cross Society, IFRC, ICRC and DDPM, the activity was held between 5 - 9 August, 2019.
