วันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2562 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ บึนทึกเทปสัมภาษณ์ เกี่ยวกับโครงการ "ธนาคารยาเพื่อประชาชน" ซึ่งเป็นโครงการร่วมกับ บริษัท แกล็กโซสมิทไคล์น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (Glaxo Smith Kline (Thailand) Ltd. (GSK)) เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการจัดทำวิดิโอ เข้าร่วมประกวดรางวัล People's Choice Award โดยทาง GSK เป็นผู้จัดทำวิดิโอเกี่ยวกับโครงการต่างๆ ส่งเข้าร่วมประกวด ณ ห้องรับรองศูนย์ปฏิบัติการภัยพิบัติ สภากาชาดไทย
On 16th August, 2019, at the Thai Red Cross Disaster Operations Center, Lt.Gen.(Rtd)Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, interviewed about the "GSK Medicine Bank for Relief and Community Health" program, which is a project together with Glaxo Smith Kline (Thailand) Ltd. (GSK). As part of creating a video join the prize contest "People's Choice Award", by GSK is the producer of videos about various projects send to join the contest.
