On October 1st, 2019, Lt.Gen.(Rtd) Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau and his team, met to M.R. Preeyangsri Wattanakun, Assistant Secretary General of the Thai Red Cross Society (Fund Raising) and as Director of Fund Raising Bureau, for congratulation the 47th Anniversary Operation of Fund Raising Bureau of Thai Red Cross at Fund Raising Bureau.
