On October 11, 2019, at the Thai Red Cross Operations Center, the representative of Philippine Red Cross, Laguna Chapter Red Cross Society visited the mission of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), the Thai Red Cross Society. In this occasion Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the RCHB gave a welcome.
