วันที่ 17 ตุลาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 6 อาคารสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ เป็นประธานการประชุมกิจกรรม "หนาวนี้ทำดีเพื่อพ่อ 2563" โดยมีนายชัยวัฒน์ ชื่นโกสุม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเลย นางกุลทรัพย์ ชื่นโกสุม นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดเลย พร้อมด้วยภาคีเครือข่าย ร่วมประชุม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นการจุดประกายให้องค์กรต่าง ๆ ได้มีส่วนร่วมทำกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อเป็นการสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดี ศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ตลอดจนการช่วยเหลือบรรเทาทุกข์ผู้ยากไร้และผู้ด้อยโอกาสในถิ่นทุรกันดารที่ประสบภาวะอากาศหนาวเย็นให้มีสุขภาพอนามัยและคุณภาพชีวิตให้ดีขึ้น สำหรับกิจกรรม "หนาวนี้ทำดีเพื่อพ่อ 2563" จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 17-19 ธันวาคม 2562 ณ อำเภอเชียงคาน อำเภอเมืองเลย และอำเภอภูกระดึง จังหวัดเลย
On October 17, 2019, Lt. Gen. (Rtd) Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the RCHB presided over the meeting "This Winter, Do Good Deeds for Dad 2020" at a meeting room on the 6th floor, Relief and Community Health Bureau. Mr. Chaiwat Chuenkosum, Governor of Loei province, Mrs. Kulsup Chuenkosum, President of Loei Provincial Red Cross Chapter as well as the network partners attended this meeting which aims to inspire different organizations to take part in such event in remembrance of and to make merit for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua. The activities to be organized include relief assistance to the impoverished and underprivileged in the remote areas who experience cold weather in order to improve their health, sanitation and quality of life. "This Winter, Do Good Deeds for Dad 2020" event will be held between 17-19 December 2019 in Chiang Khan, Mueang and Phu Kradueng districts of Loei province.
