On 21 October 2019, the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) by Lt.Gen.(Rtd) Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the RCHB together with the executive welcomed Mr. Lin Shengkui, the Red Cross Society of China Fujian Provincial Branch and the group. Moreover visited the Thai Red Cross Communication Center, Relief Supplies Warehouse and the Thai Red Cross Optometrist and Eyeglass Center.
