วันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2562 สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ โดยฝ่ายพัสดุทางการแพทย์และทั่วไป จัดการอบรมการใช้เครื่องกระตุกหัวใจไฟฟ้าอัตโนมัติ Automated External Defibrillator (AED) และการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 2 รุ่น ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ โดยมีวิทยากรจาก บริษัท แอลโคเทค จำกัด เป็นผู้ให้ความรู้ ในการนี้ พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ และ เภสัชกรหญิงจิราวรรณ สันติพิทักษ์ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวในรุ่นที่ 1 และ 2 ตามลำดับ ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 6 อาคารสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ

On 29th November, 2019, the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Medical and General Supply Division, organized training about "Automated External Defibrillator (AED)" and basic life support, amount 2 group for staff, with speakers from Alcotec Company Limited, in this occasion, Lt.Gen.(Rtd) Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the RCHB and Jirawan Santipitak, B.Sc. (in Pharm.), Assistant Director of the RCHB, presided over this activities, in group 1 and 2 respectively, at meeting room 6th floor, the RCHB.
