การประชุมโครงการ ขยายผลเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลภัยพิบัติและระบบภูมิสารสนเทศ จังหวัดสงขลา
วันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 นายสมหวัง เรืองเพ็ง รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสงขลา เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุมโครงการฯ (Project Kickoff) และอบรมเป็นวิทยากรสำหรับการใช้งาน "Applicaton พ้นภัย" โครงการขยายผลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลภัยพิบัติและระบบภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS) เพื่อการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย (พ้นภัย) ระยะที่ 3 จังหวัดสงขลา โดยนายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย กล่าวความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์โครงการฯ นอกจากนี้ทีมวิทยากรจากบริษัท อินฟรา พลัส จำกัด ได้มาให้ความรู้ในเรื่องกระบวนการขั้นตอนการทำงานของระบบ และการใช้งาน application พ้นภัย โดยมีหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้แทนอำเภอ และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา ร่วมอบรม ณ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา
On February 28, 2020, at Songkhla Vocational College, Mr. Somwang Ruangphueng, Deputy Governor of Songkhla Province presided over the opening ceremony GIS project Kick-Off & Training of Trainers on "Phon Phai" application Project for usage expansion and optimization of Disaster and Geographic Information System (GIS) Database to assist people affected by disaster (Phon Phai Application) Phase 3. In the occasion, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the RCHB said the origin and objectives of the project and staff of InfraPlus Co.Ltd., providing knowledge about the process, working process of the system and the use of Phon Phai mobile application, with relevant agencies, representatives of districts and local administrative organizations related in Songkhla Province training.
