ประชุมโครงการขยายผลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบ GIS (Application พ้นภัย) ระยะที่ 3
วันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2563 ณ ห้องราชมณเฑียร โรงแรมมณเฑียร ถนนสุรวงศ์ กรุงเทพฯ นายปวิณ ชำนิประศาสน์ รองปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานในการประชุมคณะทำงานโครงการขยายผลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลภัยพิบัติและระบบภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS) เพื่อการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย (Application พ้นภัย) ระยะที่ 3 โดยมี นายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ นายเชษฐา โมสิกรัตน์ รองอธิบดีกรมป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยงานภาคีเครือข่ายภาครัฐ และเอกชน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกว่า 20 หน่วยงาน ร่วมประชุมขับเคลื่อนการใช้งาน Application พ้นภัย ปัญหา และอุปสรรคการใช้งาน พร้อมแจ้งกำหนดการ งานแถลงข่าวและพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) ว่าด้วยความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาและใช้งาน Application พ้นภัย ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 5 พฤศจิกายน 2563

Mr. Pawin Chamniprasart, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior of Thailand, chaired the meeting of the working group on the expansion project and increase the efficiency of the use of disaster database and geographic information system (GIS) to help victims, phase 3, and announcing the schedule of the press conference and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation in the development and use of the application Phon Phai, which will be held on November 5th, 2020. In this occasion, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Mr. Chettha Mosikrat, Deputy Director-General of Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, RCHB executives and relevant agencies joined the discussion meeting.
