วันที่ 25-26 พฤศจิกายน 2563 นางเยาวลักษณ์ ยอดโสภา หัวหน้างานอำนวยการข้อมูลและหัวหน้างานวิทยุสื่อสาร ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการภัยพิบัติสภากาชาดไทย และคณะ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษเรื่อง "โครงการขยายผลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลภัยพิบัติและระบบภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS) เพื่อการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยผ่านระบบแอปพลิเคชัน (พ้นภัย)" ในการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการการขับเคลื่อนกลไกการป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านความมั่นคงพิเศษ จัดโดย ศูนย์ประสานการปฏิบัติงานที่ 4 กอ.รมน. ณ โรงแรมเอเชีย แอร์พอร์ท อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี
