อบรมการขยายเครือข่าย การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน" พ้นภัย" อ.กะเปอร์ จ.ระนอง
วันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2564 นายเฉลิม เพชรรัตน์ นายอำเภอกะเปอร์ จังหวัดระนอง เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการอบรมการขยายเครือข่าย การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน" พ้นภัย" ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอกะเปอร์ โดยมี นางวัลลภา สุขศิริมัช หัวหน้าพยาบาล สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การอบรม เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ ให้มีความพร้อมในการแจ้งภัย การช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย เมื่อเกิดภัยต่าง ๆ ในการนี้นางสาวสุดใจ เครือวณิชธรรม หัวหน้าสถานีกาชาดหัวหินเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ฯ และคณะ พร้อมด้วยเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดระนอง ร่วมจัดอบรม ณ ที่ว่าการอำเภอกะเปอร์ จังหวัดระนอง
On March 11, 2021, Mr. Chalerm Petcharat, Kapoe District Sheriff, Ranong Province presided over the opening ceremony of the training to expand the network using the application "Phonphai". Mrs. Wallapa Suksirimuch, Head of the Nurse of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) report of training objectives to expand the network using the application "Phonphai" to empower staff in the area to be ready to notify the disaster and helping the victims when disaster occur. On this occasion Miss Sudjai Khauvanittham, Head of Hua Hin Chalerm Phrakiat Health Station, the Ranong Provincial Red Cross Chapter co-organized a training at the Kapoe District Office, Ranong Province.
