วันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2564 Mr. Steven G. Olive, Ph.D., Mission Director, USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia และคณะ พร้อมด้วย Mr. Hung Ha Nguyen, Program Coordinator of IFRC รศ.ดร.ไพศาล สันติธรรมนนท์ อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาวิศวกรรมสำรวจ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ บริษัท อินฟรา พลัส จำกัด ร่วมประชุมเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน "พ้นภัย" และฝึกซ้อมแผนโต๊ะ การใช้งานในการร้องขอหรือแจ้งภัย โดยมี พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ เป็นประธาน พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมประชุมดังกล่าว ณ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการภัยพิบัติสภากาชาดไทย
On 17th March, 2021, Mr. Steven G. Olive, Ph.D., Mission Director, USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia, and his team, Mr. Hung Ha Nguyen, Program Coordinator of IFRC and his team, Assoc. Prof. Phisan Santitamnont and Infraplus Co., Ltd., meeting about Development of Disaster Database and Geographical Information System (GIS) for Emergency Response and Disaster Relief Operation and table-top simulation exercise for "Phon Phai" application. In this occasion, Lt.Gen. (Rtd) Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, presided over and executive joined the meeting, at the Thai Red Cross Disaster Operations Center.
