วันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2564 นายแพทย์ธงชัย กีรติหัตถยากร รองปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข พร้อมด้วย นายนิยม สองแก้ว รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นายแพทย์ธเรศ กรัษนัยรวิวงค์ อธิบดีกรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน นายอภิญญา สุจริตตานันท์ อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน และพลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ ( MOU) การบูรณาการการดำเนินงานพัฒนาอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในโรงงาน สถานประกอบการในกลุ่มแรงงานต่างด้าว โดยมี นายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ คณะผู้บริหารสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ และสำนักงานบริหารกิจการเหล่ากาชาด ผู้แทนหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ณ ห้องประชุม 1 ชั้น 9 กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จังหวัดนนทบุรี
ทั้งนี้ ก่อนพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือฯ ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานข้างต้น ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานบูรณาการดำเนินงานเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน ควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ในกลุ่มแรงงานต่างด้าว ครั้งที่ 2/2564 เพื่อติดตามความก้าวหน้าการดำเนินงานฯ ณ ห้องประชุม 5 ชั้น 9 กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จังหวัดนนทบุรี
On 22nd June, 2021, Thongchai Keeratihattayakorn, M.D., Deputy Permanent Secretary, Minister of Public Health together with, Mr. Niyom Songkaew, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Tares Krassanairawiwong, M.D., Director General of Department of Health Service Support, Mr. Pairoj Chotikasathien, Director General of the Department of Employment, Mr. Apinya Sujarittanan, Director-General of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare and Lt.Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), The Thai Red Cross Society, Joined the memorandum of understanding (MOU), integration of public health volunteers development in factories establishments and communities, in this occasion, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the RCHB, the Thai Red Cross Chapters Administration and management along with representatives of various agencies as witnesses, at meeting room 1, 9 floor, Department of Health Service Support, Minister of Public Health, Nonthaburi province.
As well as, before the MOU ceremony, representatives from the above agencies attended the meeting of the working group on the integration of surveillance, prevention and control of COVID-19 In the group of foreign workers No. 2/2564, to track progress of operations at meeting room 5, 9th floor, Department of Health Service Support, Minister of Public Health, Nonthaburi province.
