พิธีเปิดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการทีมตอบสนองภัยพิบัติระดับจังหวัด (PDRT)
วันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2565 ดร.อภิชาติ ชินวรรโณ ผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการสภากาชาดไทย ฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการทีมตอบสนองภัยพิบัติระดับจังหวัด (PDRT) โดยจัดขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงานตอบสนองภัยพิบัติระดับจังหวัด และระดับประเทศ ในการนี้ นายปริญญา โพธิสัตย์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสระแก้ว นางเพ็ญนภา ประวัติวงศ์ รองนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดสระแก้ว พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีดังกล่าว และ Ms. Kathryn Clarkson, Head of Country Cluster Delegation in Bangkok, สหพันธ์สภากาชาดและสภาเสี้ยววงเดือนแดงระหว่างประเทศ (IFRC) ให้เกียรติกล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษ โดยการอบรมจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 19-21 กรกฎาคม 2565 ณ โรงแรมเวโล โฮเทล อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว
On 19th July, 2022, Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Assistant, Secretary General for External Relations, Thai Red Cross Society, presided over, Provincial Disaster Response Team (PDRT) workshop training. It was organized to develop the potential of being a disaster response practitioner at the provincial level and national level, in this occasion, Mr. Parinya Phothisat, Governor of Sa Kaeo Province, Mrs. Phennapha Prawatwong, Vice President of Sa Kaeo Provincial Red Cross Chapter, Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) and the executives, participate in the ceremony and Ms. Kathryn Clarkson, Head of Country Cluster Delegation in Bangkok, IFRC, honored to give a special speech, the training will be held during 19-21 July 2022, at The Velo's Hotel, Aranyaprathet district, Sa Kaeo province.
