วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2567 นางสาวกรรณิการ์ เอมแสง หัวหน้างานประชาสัมพันธ์ สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย และคณะ ร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญ ประจำปี 2567 สมาคมช่างภาพผู้สื่อข่าวโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ทั้งนี้ในการประชุมมีการชี้แจงการดำเนินงานของสมาคมฯ เสนอแก้ข้อบังคับ รวมถึงชี้แจงงบดุล พิจารณาผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี และมีการเลือกตั้งนายกสมาคมฯคนใหม่ ผลการเลือกตั้ง ผู้ที่ได้รับเลือกคือ นายศิริ สาระผล บรรณาธิการข่าวกีฬา อาวุโส จากช่อง 7 ซึ่งพร้อมสานต่อนโยบายของนายกฯ คนเก่า ส่งเสริมสวัสดิการของสมาชิก ให้ครอบคลุม และทำงานเพื่อสังคม ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ กรมประชาสัมพันธ์ เขตพญาไท กรุงเทพมหานคร
