วันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2567 นายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดอบรมโครงการขับเคลื่อนการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน “พ้นภัย” ส่วนภูมิภาค รุ่นที่ 1 ภาคเหนือ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัด เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขต และเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัด ประกอบด้วย จังหวัดตาก สุโขทัย อุตรดิตถ์ พิษณุโลก เพชรบูรณ์ แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ ลำพูน ลำปาง เชียงราย พะเยา น่าน และแพร่ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมร่วมกันหาแนวทางในการขยายผลการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน พ้นภัย ให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ ทุกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน และทุกฟังก์ชัน เพื่อนำไปสู่การบูรณาการและต่อยอดเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันได้ ณ โรงแรมเชียงใหม่แกรนด์วิว อำเภอเมืองฯ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

On June 13, 2024, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society presided over the opening ceremony of the training project to drive the use of "Phonphai" applications in the region, 1st generation, northern region. The participants in the training are Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation staff, District Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center staff, and Provincial Red Cross chapters including Tak, Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, and Phrae. This training was organized for participants to find ways to expand the use of the Phonphai application, to cover all areas, all user groups and all functions to lead to integration and further development as a guideline for working together at Chiangmai Grandview Hotel, Mueang District, Chiang Mai Province.
