วันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2567 นายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดอบรมโครงการขับเคลื่อนการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน “พ้นภัย” ส่วนภูมิภาค รุ่นที่ 3 ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัด เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขต และเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัด ประกอบด้วย จังหวัดชัยภูมิ นครราชสีมา บุรีรัมย์ สุรินทร์ ขอนแก่น กาฬสินธุ์ มหาสารคาม ร้อยเอ็ด สกลนคร นครพนม มุกดาหาร ยโสธร อำนาจเจริญ อุบลราชธานี ศรีสะเกษ เลย หนองบัวลำภู หนองคาย อุดรธานี และบึงกาฬ โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่สถานีกาชาดที่ 4 นครราชสีมา ร่วมดำเนินงาน เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมร่วมกันหาแนวทางในการขยายผลการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน พ้นภัย ให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ ทุกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน และทุกฟังก์ชัน เพื่อนำไปสู่การบูรณาการและต่อยอดเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันได้ มีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม จำนวน 75 คน ณ โรงแรมเลอ แคสเชีย จังหวัดขอนแก่น

On July 18, 2024, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society presided over the opening ceremony of the training project to drive the use of "Phonphai" applications in the region, 3rd generation, Northeastern region. The participants in the training are Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation staff, District Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center staff, and Provincial Red Cross chapters including Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Udon Thani and Bueng Kan with staff of Thai Red Cross Health Station No.4, Nakhon Ratchasima joint operations. This training was organized for participants to find ways to expand the use of the Phonphai application, to cover all areas, all user groups and all functions to lead to integration and further development as a guideline for working together, there were 75 people participating in the training at Le Cassia Hotel, Khon Kaen Province.
