วันที่ 2 กันยายน 2567 นางสาวดวงนภา กุลาชาติ หัวหน้าสถานีกาชาดที่ 9 อุดรธานี เฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ และคณะ ร่วมกับนางเรวดี วิถี รองนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดอุดรธานี และคณะ จิตอาสาพระราชทาน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกันบรรจุชุดธารน้ำใจฯ รวม 610 ชุด และลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมและให้กำลังใจครอบครัวผู้ประสบอุทกภัย ผู้ด้อยโอกาส ที่ยังไม่มีหน่วยงานใดให้ความช่วยเหลือ ในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลเชียงพิณ จำนวน 260 ครัวเรือน และตำบลหมูม่น จำนวน 350 ครัวเรือน อำเภอเมืองฯ จังหวัดอุดรธานี

          On 2nd September, 2024, Miss Duangnapa Kulachat, Head of Thai Red Cross Health Station No.9, Udon Thani Honor Celebration and team, together with Mrs. Rewadee Withi, Vice President of Udon Thani Provincial Red Cross Chapter and team and relevant agencies, join packed Thai Red Cross Relief Kits total 610 sets and visit and encourage families affected by flooding , disadvantaged people who still don't have any agencies to help, in the area of Chiang Phin Subdistrict, total 260 households and Moo Mon Subdistrict, total 350 households, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province.
