วันที่ 10 ตุลาคม 2567 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบชุดธารน้ำใจฯ เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุทกภัย โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ ร่วมกับ เหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดพิจิตร กิ่งกาชาดอำเภอสามง่าม สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดพิจิตร องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรังนก และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมมอบชุดธารน้ำใจฯ จำนวน 760 ชุด ให้แก่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัย ซึ่งร้องขอความช่วยเหลือผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชัน “พ้นภัย” ณ อาคารอเนกประสงค์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรังนก อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมบ้านและมอบชุดธารน้ำใจฯ ให้กับประชาชนที่ประสบภัยในพื้นที่อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร

On October 10, 2024 Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society presided over the ceremony to provide Thai Red Cross Relief Kits to help flood victims and staff of RCHB with Phichit Provincial Red Cross Chapter, Sam Ngam Red Cross District Branch, Phichit Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Rang Nok Subdistrict Administrative Organization and related agencies provided 760 sets of Thai Red Cross Relief Kits to flood victims, that requested assistance through the "Phonphai" application at Rang Nok Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sam Ngam District, Phichit Province. Also visited homes and provided Thai Red Cross Relief Kits to people affected by the flood in Sam Ngam District, Phichit Province.
