วันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ และคณะ ให้การต้อนรับคณะ Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น นำโดยคุณ Fumihiro TAKASE Professor และนักศึกษา จำนวน 3 ท่าน พร้อมด้วย อ.ดร.วิไลเลิศ คำตัน รองอธิการบดีสถาบันการพยาบาลศรีสวรินทิรา สภากาชาดไทย และคณะ เข้าพบเพื่อศึกษาดูงาน โดยมีการบรรยายสรุปภารกิจสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชมคลังสัมภาระผู้ประสบภัย ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 10 อาคารเทิดพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระญาณสังวรฯ

Prof. Dr. Wilailert Kamtan, Vice President of Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing and team to meet for visited by describing the mission of RCHB as well visit to Relief Items Warehouse at Meeting Room, 10th Floor, Tribute to Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara Building and Relief Items Warehouse of RCSB,TRCS.
