วันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นายกวานเปา วัฒนาฟุ้งเจริญ ปลัดอำเภออุ้มผาง เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย เพื่อผู้พิทักษ์ป่าและชุมชนรอบป่า โดยมีกิ่งกาชาดอำเภออุ้มผาง สำนักงานเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าอุ้มผาง มูลนิธิสืบนาคะเสถียร และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมพิธี ณ โรงเรียนบ้านแม่ละมุ้งวิทยา (บ้านปะหละทะ) ตำบลแม่ละมุ้ง อำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก

หน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ สภากาชาดไทย เพื่อผู้พิทักษ์ป่าและชุมชนรอบป่า โดยแพทย์หญิง ช.เขมศิริ คงรักเกียรติยศ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ นำทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล และเจ้าหน้าที่ ปฏิบัติงานพิเศษหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ฯ ให้บริการตรวจรักษาแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้พิทักษ์ป่า และประชาชนที่อาศัยในพื้นที่รอบป่า โดยในวันนี้มีการให้บริการตรวจรักษาโรคทั่วไป 50 ราย บริการรักษาโดยวิธีฝังเข็มประยุกต์ 54 ราย บริการด้านทันตกรรม 78 ราย และมอบแว่นสายตาให้แก่ผู้ที่มารับบริการและมีปัญหาทางสายตา พร้อมทั้งการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสภากาชาดไทยและสุขศึกษา แก่เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่า นักเรียน และประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนรอบป่า รวมถึงพิธีมอบตู้ยาพร้อมยาสามัญประจำบ้าน 2 ตู้ ชุดยาชุมชน 10 ชุด เจลแอลกอฮอล์ 360 ขวด เปลมุ้ง 40 ชุด ให้แก่ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่า มอบรถเข็นสำหรับผู้ป่วย พร้อมชุดของขวัญฯ ให้แก่ผู้พิการ 2 ราย และมอบชุดของขวัญจากสภากาชาดไทย ให้แก่ผู้พิการ ผู้ด้อยโอกาส ผู้สูงอายุ และเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่า 100 ชุด นอกจากนี้ยังได้การลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมผู้ป่วยติดบ้าน ติดเตียง พร้อมดำเนินการปักหมุดแจ้งพิกัดกลุ่มผู้เปราะบางในแอปพลิเคชัน พ้นภัย 2 ราย ในพื้นที่ ตำบลแม่ละมุ้ง อำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก

ทั้งนี้ การปฏิบัติงานพิเศษหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ฯ ดังกล่าวจะปฏิบัติงานในระหว่างวันที่ 24 – 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ในพื้นที่อำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก ดังนี้

วันที่ 26 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ โรงเรียนขุนห้วยบ้านรุ่ง บ้านเดลอคี ตำบลหนองหลวง อำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก

วันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ โรงเรียนสามัคคีวิทยา บ้านกิ่วห้าง ตำบลอุ้มผาง อำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก

On February 24, 2025, Mr. Kwanpao Wattanafungcharoen, District Chief of Umphang presided over the opening ceremony of the Mobile Medical Unit, Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society (TRCS) for forest rangers and communities around the forest with the Umphang Red Cross District Branch, Umphang Wildlife Sanctuary Office, Seub Nakhasathien Foundation, and relevant agencies participating in the ceremony at Ban Mae Lamung Witthaya School (Ban Pa La Tha), Mae Lamung Subdistrict, Umphang District, Tak Province.

The Mobile Medical Unit of the RCHB, TRCS for forest rangers and communities surrounding the forest led by Chor. Kemsiri Kongrukgreatiyos, M.D., Deputy Director of the of the RCHB leading a team of doctors, nurses and special staff of the Mobile Medical Unit to provide medical services to forest rangers and people living in the areas surrounding the forest. Today, there were general medical treatment services for 50 cases, applied acupuncture treatment for 54 cases, dental services for 78 cases, provide eyeglasses to those who come to receive services and have vision problems along with public relations and knowledge sharing about TRCS and health education for forest rangers, students, and people living in communities around the forest. There was also a ceremony to present 2 medicine cabinets with household medicines, 10 community medicine kits, 360 bottles of alcohol gel and 40 hammocks with mosquito nets to village headmen and forest rangers, a wheelchair with gift sets to 2 disabled people and 100 gift sets from TRCS to the disabled, the underprivileged, the elderly and forest rangers.

In addition, there was a field visit to homebound and bedridden patients, along with the operation of pinning and reporting the location of vulnerable groups in the "Phonphai" application, 2 cases in Mae Lamung Subdistrict, Umphang District, Tak Province.

The special operations of the mobile medical unit will be carried out between 24-28 February 2025 in Umphang District, Tak Province, as follows:

On February 26, 2025 at Khun Huai Ban Rung School, Ban Delokee, Nong Luang Subdistrict, Umphang District, Tak Province.

On February 27, 2025 at Samakkhi Witthaya School, Ban Kiew Hang, Umphang Subdistrict, Umphang District, Tak Province.
