วันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2568 เภสัชกรหญิงสุมาลิน ศีลพิพัฒน์ รักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด โครงการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน “พ้นภัย” ใน 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดสุโขทัย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และจังหวัดสงขลา เพื่อแนะนำการใช้งานระบบพ้นภัยในการสนับสนุนชุดธารน้ำใจฯ เพื่อกลุ่มเปราะบาง ในขั้นตอนการคัดกรองและตรวจสอบข้อมูลสั่งสิ่งของบรรเทาทุกข์ให้แก่ผู้เปราะบาง การตรวจสอบรายการคำสั่ง และการส่งมอบของแก่ผู้เปราะบาง โดยฝึกอบรบให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบรรเทาทุกข์ผู้ประสบภัย ฝ่ายประสานงานสถานีกาชาด ฝ่ายพัสดุทางการแพทย์และทั่วไป และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้นางจริญา จารุดารา รักษาการในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าพยาบาล สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ กล่าวรายงานฯ ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 6 อาคารสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ สภากาชาดไทย

On May 28, 2025, Ms. Sumalin Silpipat, B.Sc. (in Pharm.), Acting Assistant Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society (TRCS), chairing opening ceremony of training project on the use of the "PhonPhai" application in 4 provinces, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Sukhothai Province, Ubon Ratchathani Province and Songkhla Province, to introduce the use of the disaster relief system to support the relief kit for vulnerable groups, in the screening and verification process of the vulnerable's order data, checking the order list, and delivering the items to the vulnerable for staff of Relief Division, Medical and General Supplies Division, Thai Red Cross Health Stations Coordination Division and relevant officials.

Mrs. Jariya Jarudara, Acting Head Nurse of Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society gave a report on the project at meeting room, 6th floor, RCHB Building, TRCS.
