วันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 นายแพทย์พิชิต ศิริวรรณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย พร้อมคณะ ประชุมหารือโครงการชุดธารน้ำใจสำหรับกลุ่มเปราะบางที่ประสบภัยพิบัติ จังหวัดสุโขทัย ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Cisco Webex Meeting เพื่อพิจารณาร่างกำหนดการพิธีเปิดโครงการฯ จังหวัดสุโขทัย และกำหนดแนวทางการจัดอบรมการใช้งานอปพลิเคชันพ้นภัย เพื่อช่วยเหลือกลุ่มเปราะบางที่ประสบภัยพิบัติ ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 6 อาคารสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ ฯ

On June 6, 2025, Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society and team, held an online meeting via Cisco Webex Meeting to discuss the “Relief Kit Project for Vulnerable Groups Affected by Disasters” in Sukhothai Province. The meeting focused on reviewing the draft agenda for the project's opening ceremony in Sukhothai Province and outlining the training plan for the use of the “PhonPhai” application to assist vulnerable groups affected by disasters at the Meeting Room, Floor 6, the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) Building.
