วันที่ 4 ตุลาคม 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่สถานีกาชาดเทพรัตน์ (สถานีกาชาดที่ 13 จังหวัดตาก) ร่วมกับ นางสาวภัคธวัลรัตน์ บุญศิริสาริศา รองนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ พร้อมด้วยนายอำเภอตรอน คณะกรรมการและสมาชิกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ผู้นำท้องที่ท้องถิ่น มอบชุดธารน้ำใจฯ จำนวน 2,122 ชุด เพื่อบรรเทาทุกข์ผู้ประสบอุทกภัย ซึ่งได้ร้องขอความช่วยเหลือผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน “พ้นภัย” ณ หอประชุมเทศบาลตำบลตรอน อำเภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

จากนั้นลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมบ้านให้กำลังใจ และมอบชุดธารน้ำใจฯ ในพื้นที่ตำบลบ้านอ่าง และตำบลบ้านแก่ง อำเภอตรอน อำเภอน้ำปาด และอำเภอท่าปลา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยในส่วนของอำเภอน้ำปาดและอำเภอท่าปลา เหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ร่วมกับ อำเภอฯ ดำเนินการมอบชุดธารน้ำใจฯ แก่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัย ต่อไป

On October 4, 2025, Staff of Teppharat Red Cross Health Station (Thai Red Cross Health Station No.13, Tak Province) with Ms. Phakthawanrat Bunsirisarisa, Vice President of Uttaradit Provincial Red Cross Chapter and related agencies provide 2,122 sets of Thai Red Cross Relief Kits to alleviate the suffering of flood victims. They requested assistance through the "Phonphai" application at the Tron Subdistrict Municipality Auditorium, Tron District, Uttaradit Province and visited homes to offer encouragement and provide of Thai Red Cross Relief Kits in Ban Ang Subdistrict, Ban Kaeng Subdistrict, Tron District, Nam Pat District, and Tha Pla District, Uttaradit Province by Nam Pat Districts and Tha Pla Districts, Uttaradit Provincial Red Cross Chapter with the districts, will continue to provide of Thai Red Cross Relief Kits to flood victims.
