วันที่ 12 มกราคม 2569 นางสาวมิ่งขวัญ ม่วงอยู่ หัวหน้าสถานีกาชาดที่ 3 เชียงใหม่ และคณะ ร่วมกับ นางปิยาพร เอื่อมสะอาด นายกกิ่งกาชาดอำเภอไชยปราการ และคณะ ปลัดอำเภอไชยปราการ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ สาขาฝาง และหน่วยงานราชการในพื้นที่ ร่วมมอบเครื่องกันหนาวให้แก่กลุ่มเปราะบางที่ประสบภัยหนาวในพื้นที่ หมู่ 1,5,10,13,14 และ หมู่ 18 ตำบลศรีดงเย็น อำเภอไชยปราการ รวม 1,311 ราย ณ วัดบ้านอ่าย หมู่ 5 ตำบลศรีดงเย็น อำเภอไชยปราการ พร้อมทั้งถวายผ้าห่มแด่พระภิกษุวัดถ้ำตับเตา จำนวน 10 รูป ณ วัดถ้ำตับเตา หมู่ 13 ตำบลศรีดงเย็น อำเภอไชยปราการ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

On January 12, 2026, Ms. Mingkwan Moungyoo, Head of Thai Red Cross Health Station No.3, Chiang Mai and team, together with Ms. Piyaporn Euamsaad, President of Chai Prakan Red Cross District Branch and team, the Chai Prakan District Deputy Sheriff, staff of Chiang Mai Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, Fang Branch and other government agencies in the area, provided warm clothing to vulnerable groups affected by the cold weather in Villages No. 1, 5, 10, 13, 14, and 18, Sri Dong Yen Subdistrict, Chai Prakan District, totaling 1,311 individuals at Wat Ban Ai, Village 5, Sri Dong Yen Subdistrict, Chai Prakan District. Additionally, blankets were provided to 10 monks at Wat Tham Tap Tao, Village No.13, Sri Dong Yen Subdistrict, Chai Prakan District, Chiang Mai Province.
