วันที่ 22 มกราคม 2569 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีมอบโล่รางวัลภาพถ่ายดีเด่นและเกียรติบัตรชมเชย การประกวดภาพถ่าย ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี 2568 โครงการ Park Run Thailand

โดยมีนางโชติกา อัครกิจโสภากุล รองปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม เป็นประธานและได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์วรนันทน์ ชัชวาลทิพากร และอาจารย์วรรณี ชัชวาลทิพากร ศิลปินแห่งชาติ สาขาทัศนศิลป์ (ภาพถ่าย) ร่วมคัดเลือกและตัดสินผลงานภาพถ่าย และร่วมมอบโล่เกียรติยศ พร้อมมอบประกาศนียบัตรให้เเก่ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดในครั้งนี้ด้วย ณ บริเวณโถง ชั้น 1 อาคารวัฒนธรรมวิศิษฏ์ กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ถนนเทียมร่วมมิตร แขวงห้วยขวาง เขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร

On January 22, 2026, Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society, was honored to attend the award presentation ceremony for outstanding photographs and certificates of commendation at the 2nd Photography Contest, Fiscal Year 2025, under the Park Run Thailand Project.

The ceremony was presided over by Ms. Chotika Akkarakitsopakul, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, and was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Woranan Chatchawalthipakorn and Ms. Wannee Chatchawalthipakorn, National Artists in Visual Arts (Photography), who served as judges, participated in the selection and evaluation of the photographs, and jointly presented honorary plaques and certificates to the contest participants at the Lobby, 1st Floor, Wisit Cultural Building, Ministry of Culture, Thiam Ruam Mit Road, Huai Khwang Subdistrict, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok.
