วันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม 2569 นางพัชรา กิตติวรนันท์ รักษาการในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าสถานีกาชาดที่ 1 จังหวัดสุรินทร์ พร้อมคณะ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 28 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยร่วมพิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์และทำบุญตักบาตรถวายพระราชกุศล พิธีถวายเครื่องราชสักการะ วางพานพุ่ม และจุดเทียนถวายพระพรชัยมงคล ในโอกาสนี้ นายจำเริญ แหวนเพ็ชร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสุรินทร์ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชน เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อแสดงความจงรักภักดีและน้อมสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ ณ หอประชุมจังหวัดสุรินทร์ (ศูนย์ราชการจังหวัดสุรินทร์) ตำบลนอกเมือง อำเภอเมืองฯ จังหวัดสุรินทร์

On 28 July 2026, Ms. Patchara Kittiworanan, Acting Head of Thai Red Cross Health Station No.1, Surin Province and team, participated in activities held in celebration of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King. The activities included a Buddhist chanting ceremony, merit-making and alms offering to monks, a royal tribute ceremony, the laying of ceremonial floral offerings, and a candle-lighting ceremony to offer best wishes in honor of His Majesty. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chamroen Waenphet, Governor of Surin Province, with government officials, private sector representatives, and members of the public joining together to express their loyalty and profound gratitude for His Majesty’s boundless benevolence. The event was held at the Surin Provincial Hall (Surin Government Center), Nok Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Surin District, Surin Province.
